Competition BBQ is rapidly expanding throughout North America, so don’t miss your chance to get in on the action right here in the Fraser Valley. BBQ lovers of all ages are invited to join the festivities, including a live band performance, climbing wall, face-painting, activities, and samples of delicious BBQ meat.

This annual event that will see teams from across Western Canada competing for cash prizes, bragging rights and trophies for the best Beef Brisket, Pork, Chicken and Ribs.

Teams will also compete in a BBQ “Black Box” cook-off. This “Iron Chef” style competition gives these BBQ competitors a chance to show off their more creative side. They will each be presented with a black box containing four mystery ingredients. Those ingredients must be incorporated into a single dish and submitted to the judges. Judges will award points based on originality, taste and presentation. It is sure to be a very tasty battle.
